Job Responsibilities:

Minimize product damages and associated costs within the store.
Repackage, assemble, and prepare products to extend their lifecycle.
Support continuous quality improvements to elevate customer perception.
Incorporate sustainability considerations in product recovery decisions.
Promote an inclusive and diverse workplace culture.

Skills:

Education/Experience:

Prior retail experience is preferred.
Knowledge of furniture assembly and repair.
