Job Description

As an HR Intern, you will support the Human Resources team with a variety of administrative and people-focused tasks. This role is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement. You’ll work closely with the HR team to learn the fundamentals of human resources while helping ensure a smooth and positive experience for all employees.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and files.
• Respond to basic employee questions and direct inquiries to appropriate HR team members.
• Assist with HR reports, documentation, and policy updates as needed.
• Help organize HR documents through filing, scanning, and data entry.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the team.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.

Qualifications:

• Working toward a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset.
