Full-Time | In-Home ABA Services | $22.00–$26.00/hr

Role Overview

Autism Center of Excellence is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA services for a child in the Durham (27703) area. This full-time position offers steady weekday hours and the opportunity to deliver high-quality, meaningful support directly in the client’s home.

Position Details

• Location: Durham, NC (in-home)
  
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime hours
  
• Employment Type: Full-time
  
• Compensation: $22.00–$26.00/hr
  
• Reports To: Supervising BCBA
  

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA sessions in the home setting
  
• Follow individualized treatment goals and behavior protocols
  
• Support communication, social, and adaptive skill development
  
• Capture accurate data and maintain organized session documentation
  
• Work collaboratively with the supervising BCBA and caregivers to ensure consistency
  
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and adherence to clinical guidelines
  

Required Qualifications

• Active RBT certification
  
• High school diploma or equivalent
  
• Reliable transportation to the Durham (27703) service area
  
• Ability to complete all background requirements
  
• Professional communication and dependable work habits
  

Preferred Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of ABA experience, particularly in home-based settings
  
• Ability to follow treatment procedures with consistency
  
• Strong documentation, time-management, and problem-solving skills
  

Compensation & Benefits

• $22.00–$26.00/hr based on experience
  
• Support and regular oversight from experienced BCBAs
