Fisk Electric, a Tutor Perini Company, is seeking an **Estimator** to join our office in **Las Vegas, NV.**

**DESCRIPTION:**
As an **Estimator** at Fisk Electric, reporting to **the Chief Estimator,** you will have the opportunity to:
+ Responsible for multiple systems on resort hotels, high-end retail, data centers, and F1 projects
+ Participate in fully engineered estimates up to $5M
+ Understand the concepts and process of conceptual estimates and budgets up to $1M
+ Review the scope specified within the proposal and ensure estimates include appropriate scope
+ Develop detailed cost estimates and proactively identify deficiencies and/or questions; actively assist the project team toward the answers
+ Review contract documents and contract modifications to determine scope of work and equitable cost allowance for scope changes
+ Proficient with estimating software
+ Working knowledge of McCormick and Bluebeam
+ Proven accuracy, reliability and completeness in job accomplishment
+ Effective oral and written communication skills
+ Review Estimate take-offs
+ Understanding and familiarity with NEC
**REQUIREMENTS:**
+ High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, construction management or similar is preferred
+ 2 or more years of electrical estimating experience
+ 2 or more years experience working for an electrical subcontractor
+ Computer literate and able to quickly master and apply department's computer systems and software
