Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk Job Description The Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for managing the accounts payable process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, and maintaining strong vendor relationships. This role REQUIRES experience with Deltek Vantagepoint or Vision Responsibilities + Process and approve invoices accurately and promptly. + Maintain and manage vendor relationships effectively. + Utilize Deltek Vantagepoint for accounts payable tasks. + Work with pivot tables and Vlookups in Excel to analyze data. Essential Skills + 3+ years of experience reviewing and approving invoices. + 3+ years of vendor maintenance experience. + Proficiency in Deltek Vantagepoint. + Strong ability to work with pivot tables and Vlookups in Excel. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in the AEC industry is a plus. Work Environment This is a 100% remote position available to candidates in the EST and CST time zones. The role offers the potential to develop into a long-term position depending on the workload volume post go-live in January 2026. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Dallas, Texas. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr.
